Our bodies are unique! We are all different shapes and sizes. Our different body categories lend themselves to different styles. At Beltloops and Pockets we understand your differences and celebrate them! We are designing suits that fit all the different shapes and sizes WE are.

Measure your shoulders, bust, waist and hips. Depending on the dimensions, you can determine what body shape you are with the calculations we already have for you down below.

Types

Rectangle

Waist/Bust ≥ .75

Measure your shoulders, bust, waist and hip width. If your measurements are all similar for every area, you are most likely a rectangle shape.

Inverted Triangle

Bust/Hips ≥ 1.05

Measure your shoulders, bust, waist and hip width. If your bust and hips are around the same width, but your waist is a significantly smaller number, you have an inverted triangle body shape.

Triangle

Hips/Bust ≥ 1.05

Measure your shoulders, bust, waist and hip width. If your shoulders and bust measurements are significantly smaller than the width of your hips, you are a triangle body shape.

Hourglass

Waist/Bust ≤ .75

Measure your shoulders, bust, waist and hips. Like the rectangle shape, your body measurements will all be around the same width, but the hourglass figure is significant because of the defined waist contour. If your waist is significantly indented, this is another indication that you have an hourglass body shape.

Apple

Waist/Bust ≥ 1.05

Measure your shoulders, bust, waist and hip width. If your bust is larger than the rest of your body, your hips are narrow, and your midsection is fuller, you have what’s usually called a round or oval body type.
